BETA Enterprise 2017 Relaunch!

Calling all Plymouth University students! Is one of your New Year’s resolutions to start a business this year?

BETA Enterprise can help.

DATE AND TIME: Thursday 2 February 2017 at 16:30 – 18:30 pm in the Mast House, Plymouth Graduate School of Management

The extra-curricular BETA Enterprise student start-up support programme provides free pre start-up and start-up support for students at the University via the Futures Entrepreneurship Centre within Plymouth University’s Business School, which includes:

  • weekly one-on-one business mentoring with entrepreneurs (term time)
  • monthly Entrepreneurs Club networking
  • skills workshops and guest lectures from entrepreneurs (October to May)
  • an opportunity to pitch for £1,500 grant funding (terms and conditions apply).

The BETA Enterprise 2017 Relaunch is great for students who want to start their own business soon and want to know more about the support on offer. Come along and meet, network and learn from mentors and other students at this event.

Learn more about the BETA Enterprise student start-up support programme, meet our Entrepreneurs in Residence and network with other innovative students and students who successfully pitched for funding last year.

This is a great chance for students already on the BETA programme to talk with multiple business mentors, learn about upcoming events and opportunities and get pitching tips from last year’s successful pitchers.

The event is free to attend, and nibbles and drinks will be provided. Please book your place via this link.

Students may register to join the BETA Enterprise programme anytime between October and May.
