The session is led by Plymouth University alumnus and entrepreneur Paul Randall, Managing Director of online office furniture company Rainbow Zebra.
Having graduated from the University with a BA (Hons) Business Studies degree, Paul always had an ambition to start up his own business.
Paul believes that every business should provide excellent customer service as standard. Unfortunately this is not always the case, especially from online retailers. Having set up an online only business, Paul is passionate in ensuring that his customers get the great service they deserve.
“The level of trust that our customers place in us is something I feel that every business should aspire to.”
This two hour guest talk is free all Plymouth University students.
